How’d We Do Last (2 weeks ago) Week?
As a refresher, I feature the most interesting, most wildly inaccurate, and most accurate takes for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish from the previous week. Let’s get started!
Most Wild Inaccurate
Sorry Cfarris, coordinators are still sitting in and ND blew the doors off of Wake.
Love NDOCDs in depth analysis here. Nailed the “if not”.
Yours truly nailed the Hartman take and the “holds Wake to under 10 points” take. Hartman was over 70% completions and threw for 4 TDs. Not bad!
And now onto the takes for this week’s matchup between the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and the Stanford Cardinal
Audric Estime rushed for over 125 and 2 tds
Audric has been a stallion for the last 2 years. I’d give some more insights, but will wait for my hot take....
Audric Estime has over 225 all purpose yards and 3 TDs in his final game in an Irish uniform.
Estime was absolutely SNUBBED from being a Doak Walker award finalist. To say he is not a top 10 running back in college is simply absurd. To the surprise of no one, he was not happy....
Bet…— Audric Estime (@AudricEstime) November 21, 2023
He has every right to be upset as he has over 1,100 yards, 14 tds, and is averaging over 6 yards a carry. He will run angry from the first play of the game and not stop until the coaches drag him off the field. He also had a critical fumble last year against Stanford, so you know that is still bothering him to his core. Audric will leave the game in a fiery glory, leaving a path of Stanford defenders in his way. Now, I am going to go watch this on repeat all day.
