Welcome to the wonderful world of the era of NIL in college athletics. Ever since the new rules by the NCAA were put into place, Notre Dame Fighting Irish players have been cashing in on a wide range of deals with companies all over the country.
In that spirit, Breaking T has teamed up to make shirts and hoodies for running back Kyren Williams, running back Chris Tyree, and linebacker J.D. Bertrand.
The Jet
Chris Tyree became known as “The Jet” back in high school as an elite recruit, and the name stuck in South Bend with his big playmaking ability.
KW23
Kyren Williams went from not playing at all in 2019 to being one of the main weapons on the 2020 Irish offense. In 2021 he’s a captain and still a big part of the offense.
Tackling Machine
J.D. Bertrand went from bench player to starter in a matter of moments due to injuries — but he was already making a name for himself on the practice field. Now we see it each and every game — the guy is a tackling machine, and hits as hard as Ivan Drago.
