It didn’t take long to find out where Jordan Johnson, the former Notre Dame Fighting Irish wide receiver, was going to end up. Despite some early thoughts that suggested Johnson was going to end up back home with the Missouri Tigers — he chose the UCF Knights instead.
Thank you lord for this opportunity!!

Honestly — it’s a little surprising that he didn’t end up at a Power 5 school, but UCF has a solid program and has been a little bit of a haven for college football transfers over the years. A handful of players from Notre Dame have made their way down to Orlando via transfer, with Brandon Wimbush being one of the more recent players to do so.
Back in 2008, Richard Jackson transferred to UCF after some time at Notre Dame. Jackson, like Johnson, was also the highest rated wide receiver in his commitment class for the Irish.
Good luck to Jordan as he takes on this next challenge.
