The Notre Dame Fighting Irish are off this week, and I have to be perfectly honest... I’ve really enjoyed stepping back this week and taking a break myself. Of course — that doesn’t mean we throw a perfectly good college football Saturday to the side. HELL NO — we cherish these few days that the maker has given us.
