With the 67th pick in the NFL Draft, the Detroit Lions selected Notre Dame Fighting Irish EDGE player, Julian Okwara.

That’s right, Julian joins his older brother Romeo Okwara in Detroit — and the two could make quite a combination together.

A lot of mock drafts had Julian going in the first round early in the 2019 season, but an injury and being unable to perform at the NFL Combine might have forced the slip to the third round. Either way, the former Irish captain and sack specialist is a NFL Player — and man he (and his entire family) is happy.
