Ricky Watters, Notre Dame Fighting Irish legend, finished what he started over 30 years ago. Ricky graduated from Notre Dame in May, and took to Instagram to show off his degree. Watters is one of the best athletes to ever play football at Notre Dame, and went on to the NFL to become a Super Bol Champion and rushed for over 10,000 yards in his career. He should absolutely be in the Pro Football Hall of Fame, and will most likely be at some point.
