Game Thread: #3 Notre Dame Fighting Irish VS Pittsburgh Panthers

The Notre Dame Fighting Irish are hyper jumping over to the Monongahela River to take on the Pittsburgh Panthers in what always seems like a mismatch — but then turns into a real fight for freedom and justice.

You all know the tale. Notre Dame and Pitt play a lot of close games, and quite a few of those games are as ugly as a rancor’s ass. I mean... it’s a thing. Add it to the theory of the Pitt Super Weapon (which looks eerily like a Death Star) and there is a dark force that surrounds the fanbase.

Fans are frustrated over the inefficiencies with the offense — and in particular the passing game and redzone touchdown conversions. Everyone is afraid that that it will never get any better this year. Fear leads to anger. Angers leads to hatred. Hatred — leads to suffering.

I sense much fear in you.
