It’s time for the annual NOT EVEN REMOTELY NECESSARY high school All-American games, and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish are well represented once again.
First up on the slate of LET’S EXPLOIT THE CRAP OUT OF THESE KIDS ONE LAST TIME games, is the Under Armour All-America Game. Representing the Irish are:
- Running Back, Chris Tyree
- Quarterback, Drew Pyne
- Long Snapper, Alex Peitsch
All three Notre Dame signees are on something called “Team Savage.”
If you want any reassurance that Chris Tyree is fast, well...
I have no idea what The Blur Extreme Speed Drill is, but the Under Armour All-American Game staged it today.

Notre Dame signee Chris Tyree won it as the fastest player.
He also won Fastest Man at The Opening each of the last two years.
Please resume with your New Year’s Eve.
So here’s your chance to see Tyree and yell at the screen for some coach not using him enough, and you have the opportunity to get a better glimpse at Drew Pyne — who is already being overlooked for 2021 commit Tyler Buchner.
Perhaps the most important player on the field for Notre Dame will be Alex Peitsch. He should be the starting long snapper in South Bend next year, and there’s a legacy to live up to now.
The game will be played at 6:00 PM EST on Janurary 2 via ESPN2.
