It’s a joke. Wisconsin with 4 losses is ranked ahead of Notre Dame — because there is no world that this nonsense makes sense. Well — maybe it does. I mean, Brett McMurphy (AP Voter) has the Iowa State Cyclones as a preseason top 10 team, so I guess this whole thing is just another part of some weird circus.
