The Top 25 Football players for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in 2019

Douglas Farmer over at Inside the Irish finally finished this year’s Counting Down the Irish, and a collective Top 25 was generated once again. If you are unfamiliar with this series (shame on you) Farmer takes ballots from 13 different publications that cover the Notre Dame Fighting Irish to come up with the “top 25” for the given year.
