There is no question that the Notre Dame Fighting Irish should have a really good offense in 2019 with Ian Book at quarterback. In 2018, Book took over for a struggling Brandon Wimbush and the impact was tremendous on the offensive side of the ball.
Against the Clemson Tigers, however, it never got much going and ended up with only 3 points in the Cotton Bowl as part of the college football playoff.
