One of the bigger preseason names for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in 2019 will no longer be on the football team. Cornerback Temitope Agoro will enter the transfer portal to use a graduate transfer per Irish Sports Daily.

Agoro was a walk-on for the Irish, but he really impressed during spring football and even in fall camp, but saw very limited action as a cornerback. He was a special teams player for Notre Dame these past few years, and accounted for 3 tackles during his career — all in 2019.
There is no indication where the 6’0” 208 pounder from Maryland will end up, but wherever he lands, he has his Notre Dame degree. He has one final year of eligibility remaining.
