I’d like to dedicate this to Aaryn Kearney, the Director of Recruiting for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish football program. Tomorrow is the start of the early signing period for National Signing Day, and it is the pay-off for all of his hard work throughout the year. The complete overhaul of the recruiting department since 2014 has been wildly impressive, and the leg work he and his staff have put in is reaping huge dividends in the upcoming classes.
