Notre Dame Football’s Recruiting Rankings for the 2019 Class

With National Signing Day only days away for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and the rest of the college football world, we are certainly focusing on the overall picture for this class.

We’ve updated the star rankings for Notre Dame’s commitments from the 3 recruiting services that make up the 247 Composite (as well as the updated 247 Composite). While some of these moves have already been reported, here is a rundown of the important changes:

  • NaNa Osafo-Mensah is a 3-Star on Rivals
  • Jack Kiser is a 4-Star on 247
  • Marist Liufau is a 4-Star on 247
  • Kyle Hamilton is a 5-Star on 247

While most of the recruiting services list the Irish with 21 commitments, they have 22 worthy of count on our list. The discrepancy is kicker Harrison Leonard. The lacrosse bro named kicker isn’t listed on any of their committed lists. Leonard is a preferred walk-on, but so is J.D. Bertrand at this point. So... Leonard counts.

There have also been minor shifts in the overall class rankings as well.

Notre Dame is still expecting a commitment from 4-Star defensive end, Isaiah Foskey on signing day, but his commitment won’t move the Irish up much in the team rankings.
