The Notre Dame Fighting Irish are sending their hockey team to the NCAA Playoffs once again in the hopes of finally winning the Frozen Four after last year’s disappointing end in the title game against the Denver Pioneers.
One of the biggest reasons for Notre Dame’s success this year (Regular season Big 10 champs, Big 10 Tourney champs, #2 seed overall) was the play from team captain, Jake Evans.
