The Notre Dame Fighting Irish improved to 11-0 this weekend with a win in the Shamrock Series over Dino Babers and the Syracuse Orange. In every set of rankings, the Irish were #3 in the nation entering that game and will remain there entering the Thanksgiving holiday and the last week of the regular season.

In the top ten, wins from #1-6 kept them in the same spot from last week. Washington State hopped two spots to #7 thanks to their blowout of Arizona and Ohio State’s close call against Maryland. LSU jumps to #8 after an easy win against Rice and UCF joins the top ten at #9. Ohio State fell back to #10 here. Syracuse is still ranked, Northwestern is ranked now and Pitt is back in the top 25.

WSU are up to #7 in these rankings as well with UCF, LSU, and Ohio State rounding out the top 25. Syracuse fall back to #19 right in front of Northwestern. Pitt are one spot higher than in the coaches poll at #24.
The Irish finish out the regular season this week against an unranked USC Trojans team in Los Angeles. You can catch that game on Saturday, November 24th at 8 PM ET on ABC.
