How’d we do last week?

Every week, I will feature the Most Interesting, Most Wildly Inaccurate, and Most Accurate Takes from the previous week. Here we go!

Interesting

The second was SCORCHING but the first specific wasn’t too far off. Dexter Williams did throw up a “SEE YA” on his way to the end zone.

Wildly Inaccurate

Last week was VERY Fun. It was cold and Brandon Wimbush wasn’t amazing, but it was all fun.

Accurate

Close enough! Wimbush threw for >50% and the score was pretty darn close

And Now onto the takes for the upcoming matchup between the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and the Syracuse Orange

Cold Take

Eric Dungey gets sacked 5+ times

Dungey is one of the best quarterbacks the Irish will face this year. He has very solid mobility, but this week I think he gets corralled trying to take off multiple times. The secondary of the Fighting Irish should be locked in this week, and Nick Coleman has another solid showing. Julian Okwara will have a field day coming off of the edge.

Hot Take

The Birdman Chris Finke finds his way into the end zone two times

An interview popped up this week in which Finke explains he is a self-proclaimed, “bird guy”. I saw this and gasped, but understood after he mentioned he is allergic to both dogs and cats. This also explained his, “Walk like a Pigeon”, TD celebration against the Michigan Wolverines. After going on record explaining the celebration, there is absolutely NO way that Finke doesn’t do this on Saturday. The Orange try to take away the other weapons for the Irish, leaving Finke to have a career day, both on the field and celebrating in the end zone. #WalkLikeAPigeon

Bonus Uniform Take

The Uniforms actually look kind of cool once the Irish take the field and people whisper under their breaths....well these aren’t bad at all.

Your Takes: Please leave your takes below (hot, cold medium-any temp). I will feature the Top Takes next week. GO IRISH!
