The Notre Dame Fighting Irish take on the North Carolina State Wolfpack tonight, and things are just sad. With Bonzie Colson out for the next 8 weeks, a season that some thought would be a Final Four run could quickly avalanche to the Final Four run in the NIT.
I'm not trying to be negative here - but I am sad - SO SAD, that we are with the Bonz for so many weeks (also known as the ACC schedule).
Still, this is the stuff that great stories are made of, and perhaps we see the beginning of that story tonight. With a win, Mike Brey will become the all-time leader in wins as the head coach of the men's basketball program. SO LET'S GET RIGHT AND DROP A BANNER TONIGHT!
