There aren't many that are giving the Notre Dame Fighting Irish much of a chance tonight against the North Carolina Tar Heels - and who could blame them?
Offensively, Notre Dame is a shell of itself without Bonzie Colson and Matt Farrell. They need every player to contribute to the cause and games like the last one against the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets showed that when Rex Pflueger was basically a "no-show."
Notre Dame has seemed to play much more aggressively on defense though. A Martinas Geben dunk or two here and there with a T.J. Gibbs 3 point clinic - and we have a chance.
Honestly... it's a game at home against a bog-time opponent and we still have Mike Brey. Maybe the chances are better than we think?
