The Notre Dame Fighting Irish took a comfortable 45-14 lead into halftime because quarterback Brandon Wimbush found lanky wide receiver Miles Boykin for a 54-yard score with just a handful of seconds remaining.

The Irish’s running back force is being depleted. Dexter Williams is not dressed today, due to an ongoing ankle injury. Josh Adams was helped off the field and has not returned, although he is available. And Tony Jones Jr. suffered a helmet-to-helmet collision that looked gnarly in slow motion.

Sophomore running back Deon McIntosh is going to take the majority of the second half carries, it appears.
Irish lead 45-14 with 10 minutes remaining in the third quarter. The Miami-Ohio Redhawks will take over around their own 30 yard line.
