Pagano, a highly sought after transfer was originally scheduled to visit the Irish on March 24th.
I have no idea what this means for Notre Dame as they will pull out all the stops to get this guy to come to South Bend, but it could potentially mean great news. It could also mean almost nothing and just a change in how Pagano wants to go about the visits that he has scheduled.
Perhaps this opens up a few dates for a couple of other programs that he is interested in but has not scheduled visits for with the California Golden Bears and the Nebraska Cornhuskers.
Whatever the reason, this weekend is HUGE for the Irish as they look to beef up their defensive line for 2017. As of right now, Notre Dame will probably start Jerry Tillery and Daniel Cage. Cage is still questionable, however, due to multiple concussions over the last few years.
