The Notre Dame Fighting Irish will be down one more player for their upcoming game against the LSU Tigers in the Citrus Bowl. Head Coach Brian Kelly announced that tight end, Alize Mack, will be suspended for the New Years Day bowl game due to "an internal matter."
Mack's 2017 season has been a bitter disappointment while failing to come even close to playing at the level that we have all been led to believe that he could achieve.
For Notre Dame, the hits keep coming this offseason. You have to wonder had Notre Dame made the college football playoff, how many players would even make it to the game with all of the suspensions and injuries.
