GAME THREAD: Notre Dame Fighting Irish vs Indiana Hoosiers

The Crossroads Classic gets underway today, and two of the participants have already suffered their own embarrassments at the hands of Crossroad people (please no Notra Dame Stadium jokes today).

Both the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and the Indiana Hoosiers have now lost to a smaller school in their home state, with the Irish losing to the Ball State Cardinals and the Hoosiers losing to the Indiana State Sycamores. It's one of those things that shouldn't happen - but happens. You know?

Notre Dame could save a lot of face with a win today over the Hoosiers. Although Indiana is really struggling in the wins column so far, they have shown signs of life and perhaps could win more games than expected when it's all said and done.
