Notre Dame Fighting Irish: Miami-Florida Hurricanes Week

It's a big week for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and the Miami-Florida Hurricanes. Notre Dame is currently ranked #3 in the playoff rankings while Miami is undefeated and ranked #7. ESPN's College Gameday will be on hand, and that makes it the 8:00 pm game on ABC.

The stakes are about as high as they get for the Irish. A win keeps their playoff hopes strong and very much intact, while a loss would knock them out of the top 4 for the remainder of the season.

The Canes have less to lose, as they are very much in the hunt for an ACC championship. Something that means nothing.
