Fans of the Notre Dame Fighting Irish had a list of games they were keeping an eye on this week with certain results in mind. The win by the Miami-Florida Hurricanes over the Virginia Tech Hokies sealed one of the better scenarios for Notre Dame's position in the college football playoff rankings as it pits the Irish against an undefeated Miami.
This game is HUGE in the grand scheme of everything, and after getting the snub by ESPN earlier this year, ESPN's College Gameday is headed to Miami to cover the game.
The game itself will be the 8:00 game on ABC.
