The 8th ranked Notre Dame Fighting Irish are looking to end the regular season on the same type of high note against the 21st ranked Stanford Cardinal that they saw against their last Pac-12 opponent - the USC Trojans.
This game isn't going to be easy, and no one should expect the same type of 49-14 result that the Irish had with the Trojans. However... if this TRULY is a team that was capable of making the playoffs, or even just a team that can win a New Years Six bowl game, it's the type of game that they SHOULD win by a couple of scores.
Stanford isn't that good of a football team, and if the Irish can't beat them - then the Irish really aren't that good of a football team. It would be a damn shame to throw away so much of what was awesome this year by losing to the Cardinal - SO LET'S FUCKING WIN THIS THING!
