We took a step back from the game against the Navy Midshipmen to go more macro, and rehash the Colin Cowherd take that the Notre Dame Fighting Irish had peaked against the USC Trojans, because in retrospect, the season seems to have crescendoed to that point (or the following week against the N.C. State Wolfpack).
The next logical question for us was the post title... Has Brian Kelly peaked at Notre Dame?
