GAME THREAD: Notre Dame Fighting Irish vs Chaminade Silverswords

While the rain and cold is reserved for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish football team, the men's basketball team is taking a late November trip to Hawaii for the Maui Invitational.

While fans are looking forward to an early matchup between the Michigan Wolverines or the LSU Tigers. the Irish must first take down the Chaminade Silverswords.

Game time is around 9:00 PM eastern standard time, and it will be shown on ESPNU.

The Irish are 3-0 and currently ranked #13 in the AP Poll and #12 in the Coaches Poll. It's always important to pick up some early season steam before heading into the tough ACC conference schedule. It is even more important considering Notre Dame's upcoming game against the Michigan State Spartans on November 30th.
