No Clue What Is Going On
Actually, I do have somewhat of a clue of what is going on. The Notre Dame Fighting Irish are struggling mightily against the Miami-Florida Hurricanes in a pretty loud and hostile environment. Score is 27-0.
From the onset, it looked just a tad frustrating. There were some early struggles, but nothing that we couldn’t overcome. It quickly got bad, though.
The Irish offense had so much trouble doing anything productive. We actually saw some more negative things than positive things. Brandon Wimbush threw two interceptions. He looked nervous the whole time. Miami scored off the first one to add to their already quick 7-0 lead to make it 14-0. After that, they had two drives that led to field goals. Miami thus jumped out to a 20-0 lead. and it could’ve been way worse.

To make matters even more frustrating and worse, Josh Adams has been limited and Wimbush was taken out of the game so that Ian Book could come and lead the offense at the end of the first half. He led the offense down the field, but then threw a pick 6 from deep in Miami territory. This was the worst possible way this half could’ve gone. It’s been absolutely awful for the Irish, and it does not look promising for the second half.
