Notre Dame and Texas feels like a 4 x 100 relay on super speed steroids right now. The problem for the Irish is that they just went down 14-7 to the Horns with halfway to go in thr second quarter. Not only has the pace been intense, but it also has been extrememly frustrating for Notre Dame as there have been multiple mistakes with penalties and fundamentals.

Notre Dame needed to respond to the Texas touchdown that put them down- and respond they did.

More of this is needed from the Irish as Texas appears to be on pace to keep scoring.

If Notre Dame can get another receiver to step up and play with the same type of intensity as St. Brown, they might end up being in really good shape for the season, and more importantly for right now, against Texas.
