Things are getting a little heated around here. By, “here” I mean pretty much everywhere. The presidential election has divided the country for months and the results have divided it even more so. Notre Dame fans were already divided about Brian Kelly before the season started, and as the Notre Dame Fighting Irish sit with a 3-6 record the fans have drawn battle lines over the status of Notre Dame’s head coach.
The battle for the supremacy of the pick champion here at One Foot Down has heated up as well. Wes has took a clear lead, but as the bourbon in his house dwindles with the fortunes of Notre Dame football, so too may his senses leave him.
Steve was unable to get his picks in, so I just went ahead and flipped a coin for his picks. This “contest” is a lot more fair than any official in a Navy game would ever allow. Thank god we’re playing Army.
