The Notre Dame Fighting Irish are all set to play the Army Black Knights in the 8th annual Shamrock Seies game on Saturday. The game will take place in beautiful San Antonio, Texas at 3:30 eastern time.

Yes, Notre Dame is about to play a college football game in a dome stadium. So, why a weather report for such a bland atmosphere such as football being played under a roof? Well, because it’s in San Antonio and there is plenty to do outside before and after the game.

It’s going to be pleasant with a mixture of clouds and sun. Translation: warm, but not hot and just enough sun in the day to not seem dreary. The night temperature drops into the mid-fifties, so after the game there will still have the feeling of fall and fall football in the air for all you mid-western purists.

Depth Chart

There aren’t many changes to the depth chart this week, but given the Jarron Jones situation from last week and the concussion of Daniel Cage, Pete Mokwah will see more time and Micah Dew-treadway will also travel with the team and could see time on the line.

A move that was made last week at punt returner appears to carry over again this week with Chris Finke getting the call over CJ Sanders.
