The Irish offense put on an absolute clinic to start the game, and in the game's last ten minutes. The Irish defense got stops when they needed when the shots weren't falling. At one point during the run to extend the lead in the second the Irish scored on 6 of 7 possessions. All of the field goals were either layups, dunks, or wide open 3s. One of those buckets went like this.

Demetrius Jackson had one of his best games of the season scoring 20 points on 7/10 from the field and 4/5 from 3. Jerian Grant had an off night shooting, but dropped two bombs at the end of shot clocks, and added 11 assists. Steve got some love for his all around play.
Notre Dame's Steve Vasturia is a terrific and underrated defender. Always takes the opposition's best perimeter scorer.
