Welcome to the latest update to the Recruiting Big Board. If you missed last week's update at quarterback, running back, and athlete you can read it HERE. Today, we take a look at the three other positions on offense.

The big news since our last update was Notre Dame receiving a commit from (TX) Jalen Guyton .860 as the first receiver for the 2015 recruiting class.

Despite playing at one of the largest high schools in the country in a rabid football state Guyton remains a little under the radar from a rankings perspective. Following an amazing playoff run this past fall where Guyton totaled 22 receptions, 611 yards, and 11 touchdowns in 6 games he may not stay underrated for long.
The newest member on the Big Board is Ykili Ross who was offered just a couple days ago. We should have more on him next month.
Ryan Newsome is one of the fastest receivers in the country and performed pretty well at the Dallas Nike Football Training Camp this past weekend. He was scheduled to visit Notre Dame this weekend but it looks like he is not coming. A receiver who is scheduled to come to South Bend this weekend is Alex Ofodile.
Notre Dame still appears in the driver's seat for Miles Boykin since offering him about 5 weeks ago. However, he is coming off a visit to Michigan for their spring game and was recently offered by Florida.
The Irish made the top 5 for Broadus recently along with USC, UCLA, Oregon State, and Florida State. We'll see if fellow teammate and recent ND commit Nicco Fertitta will work the son of Snoop Dogg.
St. Brown was supposed to visit for a spring practice but that isn't come to fruition. Notre Dame might still be in a good spot for ESB but a visit needs to happen for things to heat up.
Strickland was downgraded to cold. He said he wanted to visit after being offered but there hasn't been much info besides those initial discussions.
K.J. Hill was slated to visit for the spring game but won't be able to make it. He's looking to release a top 5 this summer and Notre Dame has a good shot to make it.
Tight End | |||||||||
Score | Player | State | Ht/Wt. | Temperature | 1* | 2* | 3* | 4* | 5* |
.953 | Devonaire Clarington | FL | 6-6/222 | Cold
.934 | Will Gragg | AR | 6-4/245 | Cold |
Prior to our last update Notre Dame was waiting on an important visit from (CT) Chris Clark .937 but he went ahead and unexpectedly committed to North Carolina after a visit to Chapel Hill. That verbal looks like its on shaky ground as Clark went ahead and visited Notre Dame a couple weeks ago and will visit Michigan next weekend. He'll apparently decide for real this time between North Carolina, Notre Dame, Michigan, and Ohio State at some point in the future.

Don't forget that there are credible concerns that Clark's offers is conditional on him improving some things in the classroom. Keep an eye out for that.
The newest offer by Notre Dame at tight end is Will Gragg. He's been on our radar for quite some time. He also recently picked up offers from Michigan State and Georgia. He's scheduled to take official visits to Texas, LSU, Alabama, Ole Miss, and Florida State. Not the best set of visits in terms of schools similar to Notre Dame but that list could change. Gragg did watch the Irish play ASU last year at AT&T Stadium and he seems genuinely interested in Notre Dame. We'll see if he makes a visit to South Bend before fall.
Offensive Line | |||||||||
Score | Player | State | Ht/Wt. | Temperature | 1* | 2* | 3* | 4* | 5* |
.850 | Mike Arnold | FL | 6-5/280 | Cold
.961 | Matthew Burrell | VA | 6-5/290 | Cold
.979 | Chuma Edoga | GA | 6-4/276 | Cold
.962 | Jake Fruhmorgen | FL | 6-5/280 | Cold
.997 | Martez Ivey | FL | 6-6/270 | Cold
.911 | Zach Robertson | CA | 6-5/308 | Mild
.887 | Reno Rosene | CA | 6-7/315 | Mild
.857 | Trevor Ruhland | IL | 6-4/270 | Mild
You won't usually see a prospect listed as cold following a recent visit but that's exactly the case with Jake Fruhmorgen. He was at Notre Dame two weekends ago and then visited Michigan as well. He'll be committing today and is believed to be picking between Clemson, Alabama, and Michigan with the Tigers being the presumed favorite.
Irish commit Jerry Tillery was working out at the Houston NFTC camp over the weekend and impressed.
In fact, Tillery did so well that he was one of three players at the camp who was extended an invite to The Opening. Congratulations to him on that honor.
Notre Dame's newest offer is to Trevor Ruhland from Cary, Illinois. He's probably a guard at the next level but there is a lot of interest between him and the staff. He's currently carrying offers from California, Illinois, Nebraska, Purdue, Minnesota, Syracuse, and several other programs. Look for him to return this summer for a camp.
