Charles Eric Waugh was formally booked, Monday, May 7th after a week of turmoil surrounding the Ohio State superfan and his use of the social media platform twitter to communicate with under aged recruits.

On the Ohio State note, Terrelle Pryor says he accepted money for memorabilia to help his family.

"Let me remind you it was freezing cold in November, December and she's using the oven as heat. That's what I did as a kid. I was telling the NCAA, 'Please, anything that you can do. I gave my mother this so my sister wouldn't be cold, so my mother wouldn't be cold.' They didn't have any sympathy for me."

Pittsburgh sues Big East in hopes of moving exit date up a year.

Pitt argues since the Big East allowed West Virginia and TCU to exit the conference immediately that Pitt is no longer required to abide by the 27-month waiting period.
