After many years of harassment I was finally able to go to a Virginia Tech game with my brother-in-law last weekend. As it turned out I picked a pretty great game. I talked about the trip and the game quite a bit earlier in the week so I won't rehash it all but if you are interested scroll down to my Week 3 Wrap Up and you will find it there. I mentioned then that I'd get these videos up this week, so apologies for being late but here they are! The first is the Hokies "Enter Sandman" entrance and the second is the VT interception on the final play of the game. Thanks again to my brother-in-law and a couple of our other buddies for showing me a great time. The Wild Turkey and maroon and orange Bud Light "Fan Cans" were in abundance. Also hats off to all the Virginia Tech fans, you all do it right in Blacksburg, and I was impressed as all hell with the deafening noise level that was maintained at all the appropriate times during the game. Both videos illustrate just how loud it is in there. I had a great time visiting with both the Hokie and Husker fans all day. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and truly fun to be around. It was a great college football atmosphere. Best of luck to the Hokies today against Miami. I can't stand the Canes!
