From today's Psalm 37:27-28:
Depart from evil, and do good; so shall you abide for ever. For the LORD loves justice; he will not forsake his saints. The righteous shall be preserved for ever, but the children of the wicked shall be cut off.
***Note--these are simply words of wisdom to give us all--Irish and Boilermaker, Wolverine and Spartan, Trojan and Duck, even Tiger and Tide--serenity, courage, and wisdom for the coming contest. This is not meant to suggest that God wants the Irish to win football games, even though us Irish fans know that his mother does. Go Irish.
