So here we meet again OFD, less than 4 days from kickoff and a bit under a year since the 1st meet & greet thread (relive the magic here).

Similar to the original I wanted to provide a space for OFD'ers to gather and introduce themselves / share their thoughts on the team. To that end let's jump to some questions for the group, for relative Newbies (lets say last 3 or so months) please answer all of the questions. For those of you that have seen this before please skip to question 6.

1) Tell us a bit about yourself, why are you here? What's the nature of your fanhood Alum? Subway? Troll? Other team fan just here for the 'freude / CFB banter?

2) If you answered alum what year? If subway how did you become a fan? If troll just post your favorite troll picture. If other team fan tell us what school etc.

3) Where are you from originally? Where do you live now?

4) Give me your 3 favorite blogs that arent OFD

5) What was your lowest moment as a fan? What was your highest moment?

6) How was your offseason - give me your highlight or lowlight.

My answer: Going to Athens & Santorini for vacation, and moving to Chicago Friday.

7) Music: Whats your favorite band/album/song right now? What's one guilty pleasure on your playlist?

My answers: Song of the moment - Where is my mind by the Pixies. Guilty pleasure - Some Nights by Fun

8) Who is your breakout star for 2012 - not counting EG?

My answer: I think Bennett Jackson is going to be really good for us this year - we may not notice it as opponents try and pick on other areas of our thin secondary but I think he steps up big in his 1st year as a starter.

My Answer: Around 70%. I still think he gets the job done, and my pitchfork is dull. I think it would take a sub-6 win season for the angry mob to really form, and I think that it's pretty unlikely that we will struggle that much.

Record - 8-5, 7-5 regular season with a bowl win.
