This is a big game on a big time stage for the Irish and they have to respond. Miami's defense might barely pass as a college-level defense, but games like this tend to bring out the best (or worst) in teams. ND should not be taking them lightly.

With all the constant talk about if ND is relevant or not, it could go a long way to putting a muzzle over that with a dominant performance Saturday night. I guess the defensive beat downs of Michigan State and Michigan wasn't enough, they'll just have to do it in prime-time again.

I'll be there on what is supposed to be a chilly Saturday night here in Chicago to cheer 'em on. I know there is a strong ND faction here in Chicago and South Bend will for sure be traveling here. Looking forward to it, even though I think my tickets put me about as far away from the field as possible. I may also be in or near a Miami section. Could be very interesting. Go Irish.
