Bowl season is over and that means no more college football for almost nine long months. That also means the OFD Bowl Pick 'Em is officially over.
And the winner is... PackerTe2! (Packer - shoot me or Whiskey an email with your shirt choice, size, and address and we'll get you your prize ASAP. Our addresses can be found either in our profiles or by clicking the little envelope by our name at the bottom of the page.)

Some notes:
- This was, by far, the closest OFD Bowl Pick 'Em of all time. You may notice that PackerTe2 ended up tied with The Gint. Packer wins thanks to the tiebreaker - Packer picked Alabama to win the national championship and picked a closer final score.
- That said, congrats to both The Gint and PackerTe2, who both ran away with the contest. The next closest person was 27 points behind them.
- I may not have won, but I did beat the other writers and I will be holding that over their heads until next December.
- There were some excellent names. "Mele Kaliki Manti", "John Ryan Off the Edge", and "they're running the veer" were some of my personal favorites.
- Never pick Clemson to win a big game. They'll just give up 70 points and get run off the field. Also, San Diego State and FIU are both dead to me.
Well, that's it for this year. I hope you all enjoyed bowl season and the contest. We'll be sure to get another one going next year!

At least I beat Miesle and 4PointShooter. Though beating our roundball writer maybe isn’t that big an accomplishment. Maybe I’ll spend more than 20 minutes next time, though I bet I’ll do worse the more I think about it.

Wow, that would have been a luxury. I spent almost no time ranking the games (my score would be a reflection of that) and did a miserable 18-17 vs. the spread. I hate picking bowl games…
I guess next year I will just show the MAC and Big XII some love, pick against the ACC, Big Ten and Big East and call it good enough.

That was a good time.
I have always thought that participating in bowl pools makes all those little games considerably more interesting.
I also let myself get Clemson’d. Fail. FIU and SDSU hurt a little too. So close!
Oh well, good times were had by all. Next thing you know we’ll be ramping up to do it all again.
